for preparation of heterocyles of Fabrication of silver nanoparticles loaded electrospun cellulose nanofibers

Silver nanoparticles were used to act as an antibacterial agent on the surface of cellulose nanofibers. In thisstudy cellulose acetate electrospun nanofibers were deacetylated to fabricate cellulose nanofibers. Silver nitrate (AgNO3)was loaded on the surface of the fabricated cellulose nanofibers and silver nanoparticles generated using UV irradiation.The changes in structure of nanofibers after generation of silver nanoparticles were evaluated by FTIR and SEM analysis.The percent and distribution of silver nanoparticles on the surface was determined by EDX analysis and mapping images.
