چکیده مقاله:

Gold nanorods were synthesized by a sonoelectrodeposition method. The morphology and structure of thenanorods were investigated, and voltammetric measurements were performed to study the kinetics of nitrofuralelectroreduction on the nanorods’ surface in a phosphate buffer solution, pH 7.40. Nitrofural was electroreduced on thenanorods surface at lower potentials with higher rate through an irreversible process. Linear dynamic ranges of 50-610and 3.0-500 μmol L-1with calibration sensitivities of 2.02 and 0.5 Amol-1 L cm-2, and detection limits of 6.51 and 0.18μmol L-1were obtained using amperometry and differential pulse voltammetry, respectively.
