چکیده مقاله:

In this work, TiO2 and ZnO nanoparticles were synthesised. Then fdifferent pastes including TiO2 andTiO2/ZnO with different ratios of TiO2 and ZnO were prepared. These pastes applied in dye sensitized solar cells(DSSCs), as electron transfer materials, by doctor blading method. The photovoltage-current density characteristicswere measured. Although reduce in the short-circuit current density (JSC) and power conversion efficiency (η) of thecells was observed, however, remarkable increase in open-circuit voltage (VOC)and fill factor (FF) was seen for cellshaving ZnO nanoparticles. This enhancement can be ascribed to ZnO particles that increase the interfacial resistancebetween the factures of photoanode and suppress from injection of electrons.
