چکیده مقاله:

Iran is located on appropriate latitude, so attracts significant amounts of solar energy, and thus, it has provided an excellent position to take advantage ofsustainable and clean energy, so that appropriate strategies can be adopted in this section, so consumption of buildings can be reduced significantly. Reduced energyconsumption by using more of the sun for heating, and electric energy supply and consumption it have helped to circulate the air in the building, and is considered asa desirable solution to achieve sustainability. Photovoltaic cells as good examplesto store and absorb the free energy of the sun and also the possibility of directing sunlight into the building can improve the quality of life in cities by using modernmethods. Collectors and solar water heaters used can lead to all residential buildings in Iran don't need fossil fuel consumption at most times of the year.However, usability of solar energy eve in the cold is also very high, and this study has been implemented in different samples and research of different people in aridareas suggests future effective strategies for others. Study of sustainable building made by Ayatollahi in Yazd, and zero energy housing complex in the UK have confirmed in practice take advantage of this method. By adopting proper methods, real stability can be created in Iran's buildings, and we can have a great economic achievement in the construction industry.
