The effect of social capacity on social sustainable development with a perspective of urban sustainability management

This paper admitsthe residents of townships as urban rights citizens and selects interventions in socialcapacities instead of environmental reconstruction. The present study aims tointroduce social capacity structure and its relation with local sustainable development and separated social groups of residents and activists. The evaluation of the results into theseparation of two mentioned groups provided the identification of different methods ofachieving local sustainability. The study method is analytic descriptive via deduction. This study supported that social capacity is a subjective structure being affected by mainmotivations of actors to be present in township. There is a positive and significant associationbetween social capacity of study groups with local sustainable development. In case of smart operation, we can achieve local sustainability. In residents group, trusting formal institutes and in activists groups, giving importance to township are important components with significant correlation with most of components of social capacity
