A study on the potentials of Iran’s rural areas in tourist attraction (case study: Taleqan)

Taleqan is located in northwest of Tehran and is considered as one of the cities of Alborz province and is considered as one of the cities in Alborz province with a history more than 1000years. This region has a lot of tourist attractions and is considered one of the fundamental variables of economic development which aims to empower rural community with economic,social and cultural sources. This study examined the tourism properties of Taleqan and provided solutions to identify the region and develop the economic goals. By considering that rural tourism and cultural development of the region, the case study of Taleqan includes theconclusion that there are many obstacles in the region and their detection even in Iran accordingto the considerable potentials of this region in tourist attraction. Some comprehensive solutions such as the policy-making of different executive agencies were presented to provide the contextof appropriate equipments to present and attract tourists. The methodology of the present study isdescriptive analysis and documentary , library and field study methods were used for data collection.
