Ethical and Social challenges in Information Technology based Businesses

The age of information and knowledge has affected all aspects of human life. Organizations, businesses and their management aspects have also been affected by these changes. In this regard, it was necessary to address the social and ethical challenges of IT-based businesses. Job Ethics in each area of specialized activity has its own unique characteristics that stem from the relationship of ethics to that field. So we looked at business ethics as well as technology ethics. We outlined the ethics guidelines for technology and discussed whether ethics control technology development or technology is the source of ethics. Overall, we conclude that all of the ethical pillars described in this article, if placed under a progressive ethical framework, can lead to changes in these ethical areas and even drive technology development.
