چکیده مقاله:

Today, work place in organizations is of utmost importance addressed continuously in meetingsand papers and importance and quality of creating an effective and appropriate environment forhuman resources is emphasized; in fact, workplace has a direct relation to increase or decrease inorganizational performance. There are factors that if they go unnoticed in the design ofworkplace, organizational works will not be done properly and will face a decrease in returns. Inany organizations, human resources are the main factor for its sustenance, thus it calls for therecognition of humans as well as criteria that may promote their performance and lead to theorganizational success. In recent years, specialization in different branches of the field ofarchitecture has faded the role of architectural space and architectural design in management andleadership of different organizations. For example, fewer management specialists think aboutarchitectural design issues today and fewer architects think deeply of leadership, managementand systematic thinking. While it seems that utilizing the common grounds of these two areascould bear significant results. Based on an analytical and critical research methodology, thispaper investigates and analyzes literature of environmental psychology, architecture and humanresource management and it attempts to recognize interfaces of these areas by logical reasoning.In this regard, two general criteria of social capital and its productivity and role of architecture inorganizational behavior of human resources are analyzed and result of this approach explainspromoting criteria for human resource productivity via architectural design. The purpose of thisstudy is to recognize the relation between architectural space and to promote human resourceperformance. To this end, it is required to identify methods of promoting human resourceproductivity in organizations and to discern the impacts of environment on behavior.
