Study of Relation between Knowledge Management dimensions and Performance (Case study: Rasht Municipality and its dependent Organizations)

The main purpose of this research is to study the relation between Knowledgemanagement dimensions and performance in Rasht municipality and its dependentorganizations. This research in terms of aim is practical and in research method is descriptiveresearch in correlation type. Using sampling method is simple random sampling. Presentresearch statistical community mass is Rasht five mayoralty offices and their dependentorganizations. To determine sample mass used Morgan- Krejsai table that for 2594individuals measured 335 ones. That for each organization has determined according tosample mass. To collect data has used standard questionnaire. Data analyzed by SPSSsoftware hypotheses test obtained results indicate there is a meaningful relation betweenKnowledge management dimensions and organizational performance.
