E-diplomacy for development and global peace

By featuring traits like incredible growth of information andcommunication technology, the information era has prepared theground for connecting the farthest away states and has changed allaspects of man’s life around the world. Because of having deephistorical roots in diplomacy and being based on two parameters ofinformation and communication as well as high penetration rate ofcyberspace, it has facilitated the entry of new players into the realm ofinternational relations, free circulation of information, and formation ofnew global identities, that indicate the growing importance of a newtrend in diplomacy. Low cost e-diplomacy has the great potential ofinfluencing public opinion which may be used as an opportunity todevelop awareness among societies and leave greater influence on nongovernmentalorganizations so as to create positive and global peace.The current study strives to prove the claim which states thatcyberspace can positively influence and change a great deal ofdiplomacy as well as public relations.
