Identifying and Prioritizing the Factors Affecting Entrepreneurship Development Using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP)

This study aims at identifying and prioritizing factors affecting entrepreneurship in Iran Khodro Company. This study was conducted from May 2016 to August 2016 and is functional respecting its goal. After studding library resources, the appropriate primary framework for factors affecting entrepreneurship development in Iran Khodro Company was selected and it was then completed using DELPHI method and the opinion of experts of Iran Khodro Company. The statistical population of this study was composed of managers and experts of the company. With regard to the small size of the population, 30 questionnaires were administered using census method, from which 5 questionnaires were not returned. In test phase, a questionnaire model was designed using Analytic Hierarchy Process. In the next phase, the gathered data were analyzed using Expert Choice software. When pairwise comparison and relative weight calculations was done about the indices, individual index with 0.4525 weight was the important index and industrial structure and dynamism and social and economic capital ranked second and third. Work experience subindex in individual index, human resource subindex in economic index, opportunities subindex in industrial structure and dynamism, and decision-making index in social capital index scored the first ranks.
