چکیده مقاله:
Large and medium scale assemblies such as ship sub-blocks, hull and offshore structures are probabely some of the largest steel, aluminium and concrete constructions manufactured today. The "dimensional control" procedure for accurately building and checking these structures cut
down production costs and assembly time.
Large objects are seldom manufactured in one piece. Instead, major components -are manufactured individually, often at different.locations. On site quality contro1 guarantees the accuracy of the individual components. Evaluations by shape and position as well as positioning within an overriding system of -coordinates constitutes the major requirements that a mobile measuring system should meet.
The principal of the method is to bring the design data to the production site in order to compare the actual structure with the design values. The deviation of the actual data from the design data is obtained-immediately during the construction process. The actual and the design data will then be processed with the dimensional analysis software to illustrate the results both graphidly and numerically.
the single sensor hardware (a surveying Total Station) gives both angle and distance measurement and multi sensor (a surveying Tehodolite) gives Horizontal and Vertical angle measurements to a target point on measurement object. the collected data will be processed on PC and then 3-dimentional results are accessible.
Single and multi sensor(s), mobile and non-contacting 3-Dimensional Control and Analysis System is the most accurate 3D measuring system, practical and available today. The accuracy is 0.001mm to lmm within a wide measuring range (from 1.7 to hundereds of meters).
