چکیده مقاله:

Making a decision to chose an appropriate alternative among several ones, we are faced with a Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) Problem. The criteria we use to chose the best altermative are usually quantitative as well as qualitative which makes the decision making process more difficult. In this paper several alternatives for a mineral port in Bandar abbas (IRAn) have been suggested and they are compared by several criteria using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), considering different stakeholders concerns. The criteria used to compare alternatives are: Economic, Environmental, Social, and Technical, there alternatives have been suggested in the site, one of which is to develop the existing mineral port near Shahid Rajaei port Complex, the Second one is to Construct a new Jetty in basin number 3 in Shahid rajaei Port, and the third one is to construct a new port in the western part of shahid Rajaei port in an area called Boostano village. Using AHP method to Compare alternatives, we conclude thet the best alternative which satisfies the criteria considering the all stakeholders concern is the first one i.e to develop the existing mineral port in the eastern part of Shahid Rajaei port Complex.
