Transformation of Businesses has begun as they should go beyond narrow self-interests. Concepts as Flourishing Enterprises go into depth of the issue and emphasize on the necessity of businesses transitions to advanced stages. Therefore, a fundamental shift is required in business approaches. Sustainable Entrepreneurship is a way of encouraging activities which benefit the society and the environment as well as the economy. In other words, it is an approach which tries to ensure economic viability through sustainable innovations. It sounds good but a spiritual enterprise goes further. In such enterprises, sustainable values of entrepreneurship are internalized in the heart of the business. In this regard, Tourism enterprises are not only no exception to the rule but have special characteristics that implies the significance and necessity of this approach. Therefore, in the current study, the process of such transformation will be conceptualized focusing on tourism enterprises and differences between spiritual entrepreneurship and sustainable entrepreneurship will be discussed.
