چکیده مقاله:

The today organizations are really the miniatures of community and the extension of justice in those relies on prevalence the justice in society.. The target of this thesis is to survey of dependence between organizational justice and moral behaviour of governmental organizations of kerman. The statistical community of this research involves the employees of governmental organizations of kerman, Furthermore, the results of research supposals show that there is a positive relation between distributional, procedural, interactional justice, and moral behaviours ofThe First International Conference on Political Epic (with an Approach to Middle East Developments) & Economic Epic (with an Approach to Management and Accounting) employees., registration status with organizational justice and moral behaviours of employees. Also, the results of regression analysis against componenets of moral behaviour stated that working moral, trust, responsibility and fair behaviour show the most impact in the regression model, respectively. The componenets of trust are removed since they are not impactable. The result of moral behaviour regression analysis against the componenets of organizational justice show that interactional, procedural and distributional justice have the most impact on regression model. Therefore, with confirming the assumptions and existence of dependence between organizational justice and moral behaviour, the organizations should try to find the ways to improve the justice in workplace, and to extending the moral behaviours with improving the internal environment of organizational.
