EFFECT OF WEBL-BASED MOVIE IN ENHANCINGVOCABULARY SKILLS ON EFL/ESL LEARNERS

The purpose of the study is to investigate the effects of web-based movie in enhancing vocabulary skills on EFL/ESL learners. Learning vocabulary through web-based movie makes easy to complete students’ assignment in order to have optimal learning. The researcher has selected randomly 100 male and female students from an institution in Iran; divide them into two groups, namely; 50 as the control group, and 50 as the experimental group and one set of 15 questions were used for pretest and another set of 15 questions were used for posttest. Then the paper examines the effect of web-based movie to manifests how they can help learners to develop their English vocabulary. In conclusion the paper argues about web-based movie method of learning which can provide useful opportunity for gaining vocabulary, and it declares the effect of web-based movie which enable both students and teacher to practical education of lexis.
