چکیده مقاله:

This paper has been discussed in two main topics, Performance Measurement, and Compensation Strategy. In order to have an acceptable reward schemes, an acceptable measurement system cannot be avoided. So, in order to explore the discussion better, in recent years, economic environment faced many changes and most of strategy which used to manage an organization cannot be used due to the difference in new economic age. For instance, Value Based Management (VBM) is one of the concepts which have been developed in last two decades. It started with the development of performance metrics and has gradually matured into a whole management system based on the creation of value.
