چکیده مقاله:

Climate change affects different environmental aspects including precipitation; evaporate transpiration patterns and river discharge. Climate change generally creates a dynamic risk with changes in flood frequency. Scientific evidence indicates that climate changes, mainly rainfall changes, are increasing the risk of extreme climatic events such as droughts and floods all around the world. Extreme weather conditions may also cause health hazards. The intensity and duration of climatic conditions likely to be a risk for human health vary geographically over time. Groundwater dependent ecosystems are at risk from the increasing land use and climate change. Groundwater resources management requires serious attention. We need to plan for the management and conservation of ecosystems and biodiversity considering the plant threat and climate change in order to manage future problems. The integration of environmental pattern and ecological processes for reliable conservation management and planning should be regarded. It is necessary to increase the understanding of vulnerability and climate change risk to have a sustainable management. Research studies on climate change impacts and a vulnerability assessment is an essential process for risk management. Decisions can be further analyzed by the complexity of climate change. The uncertainty assessment under climate change contains the comparison analysis about meteorological and water supply elements using historical and future climate change data. This study includes a brief overview of climate change impacts and threats in general and the scientific ideas to manage the risks in a long-term perspective.
