Feasibility Study and New Strategies for Creating Sustainable Smart Cities

Creating a smart city is quickly emerging as a strategy for reducing the problems generated by urban population growth and urbanization. However, little scientific research found to be low in this area. To reduce the amount of research conducted in the cities smarting, and in response to the concept of intelligence, this paper propose a framework and indicators to understand the concept of sustainable smartcities. In this paper, the concepts of smart, to explain the role of intelligence in the pursuit of sustainable development, first proposed the principles and preconditions for the realization of smart city, and then, the sustainable Smart City in achieving each of them and as a result, access to smart cities examined. Accordingly, in this study, we try to be smart city concept and its realization in society be explained. So, in addition to the study of literature and concepts related to intelligent document libraries, used the analytical - descriptive study of the issue, definitions and classification structure of the issue. Also, attempts to provide guidelines to achieve sustainable smart city. This article is a review of concepts, indicators and standards for stable smart city.
