چکیده مقاله:

The purpose of this paper is to present an overview of ICT with focusing on teleworking and shows that ICTs are used to improve organizational efficiencies in new electronic age . This paper discusses the flexible working issues and shows how enterprises can benefit adopting such a concept in running their business for the satisfaction of all actors involved. teleworking is the concept of a new way of working in order to be competitive in the technology - based economy. smart organizations or dynamic networked organizations are knowledge - drive entities that can rapidly adapt to new organizational form and practices to become the winners in the competitive market .
