As information technology enters the organization, human resource management practices change. This change can be effective if we first identify the activities that information technology can perform and provide context for such activities. Subsequently, HRM has become acquainted with the new conditions so that it can utilize the capabilities that IT can create to enhance the HR performance of the organization. In this study, we first attempt to provide a brief history of both IT and HR issues and then explain the impact and implications of IT on HR management performance.
