چکیده مقاله:

Today supply chains as networks of business need to be managed appropriately and optimized globally because of its complexity. The objective of the current study is to find a Key Performance Indicators (KPI) framework for supply chain (SC) logistic network of hamburger fast food restaurants. Burger King restaurant of the Skudai at Johor Bahru city of Malaysia has been selected as case study. The study applied questionnaire method which was distributed between 300 customers in different working time shifts. According to the results, the indicator of; Delivery cost and good sold ratio meaning the cost of produced goods and the percentage of total sales at the strategic KPIs and the indicator of approved sample products between operational KPIs, meaning the percentage of approved product sample are more important than the other KPIs as they have higher weights.
