Survey of Opportunities and Challenges with Gas Industry of Islamic Republic of Iran in the Line with Dismantling of Item 44 of fundamental Law

In the line of dismantling of item 44 in economic of Iran,it will change from inclusive to compotation ,but entrance of non-government section to economy and creating the competitive atmosphere according to internal &international report shall be faced with some challenges and limitations ,so oil &gas industry of Iran in comparing with the other sectors has the most difficult route for executing of the policies of this rule. Removing of these obstacles needs of set of policies and executive action.But,it seems some of these challenges by using of accepted method in the level of international shall be solved .In this research at first the history of privatization history in the word(including developed countries,developing countries ,transition economics )shall be surveyed and its effects on unemployment ,social wale fare ,fairly distribution of wealth in some countries and also the most important challenge and obstacles on executing of this rule for private sector shall be argued .Also by introducing of successful and non-successful countries in privatization the causes of success and pathology of non-successful of some countries shall be discussed .Also the obstacles of presence of non-governmental sector of gas industry in Iran from the different views is pointed and solution for solving the problems from point of international and national view has been searched .Also ,it has been explained of ranking of iran in economical liberalization from point of view of world bank and role of supervising organization in oil &gas and their inter active relation and effects on iran has discussed.
