Knowledge, attitude and practice of radiology workers of kohgiloyeh and Boyerahmad province about radiation protection in 2016

Introduction:Increasing use of dental radiographs, the need to raise awareness and proper functioning of dentists in the field of ionizing radiation protection Method: This is a cross-sectional descriptive-analytic study in 2016 among 51 dentists Kohgiluyehand Boyer Ahmad was performed. The sampling method was census. The analysis of the collected data .was performed using SPSS version 21Findings: And attitude of dentists in this study 3/21 ± 29/53 was evaluated as well as their performancewas calculated. Kohgiluyeh and Boyer about Ben attitude and practice of dentists there is no significant relationship (r= 0/147 and p = 0/221). The negative and significant relationship between knowledge and practice dentists Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad is at 99% r= -0 / 347 and p= 0/081 Conclusion:The relevant authorities appear necessary.
