چکیده مقاله:

In this research, an attempt was made to investigate the high speed plastic deformation of metallic sheet for fabrication of flange parts implementing finite element approach. Aluminium with Johnson-Cook (JC) plastic behaviour and Trinitrotoluene (TNT) with Jones-Wilkins-Lee (JWL) state equation were selected as starting materials and explosive charge for simulation establishment, respectively. Because of the nonlinear behaviour of both loading and boundary conditions in quite short duration of simulation, two novel finite elements strategy i.e. mass scaling and ALE hybrid re-meshing technique were incorporated into simulation for tackling such problems and achieving acceptable and accurate results. Stress and strain contour illustrations the efficiency and effectively of this method in sound production of such parts which is really hard to get with conventional pressing tools
