چکیده مقاله:

تاکنون تلاشهای بسیاری برای تحقق یک مدل جامع ارزیابی عملکرد ازسوی پژوهشگران و سازمان ها صورت پذیرفته است اما مشکلی که درآنها دیده میشود عدم توجه همزمان به عملکردهای واحدهای تخصصی و فرایندهای یک سازمان می باشد این امرباعث دیده نشدن قسمتی ازارزشهای بوجود آمده درسازمان خواهد شد مقاله حاضربا بررسی مطالعات پژوهش انجام شده دراین حوزه سعی درارایه مدل ارزیابی عملکرد تلفیقی فرایند واحد محور کرده است جهت تحقق عملی این مدل درگام اول فرایندها و واحدهای یک شرکت داروسازی براساس ادبیات موضوع شناسایی شده و سپس درگام دوم بامطالعات میدانی نظرات خبرگان این صنعت موثرترین فرایندها و واحدهای تخصصی شناسایی شده اند.
