چکیده مقاله:

The aim of this study is to analysis a three—tier supply chain, which is a network of processes from supplier to distributor, taking into account a combination of resilient paradigms in the automotive industry. An optimal policy is to consider resilience factors for optimal model development. Resilience factors such as visibility, flexibility,availability, agility, responsiveness and diversity are considered. Initially, a supply chain is designed and modelled in simulation. Based on past statistics the system’s rates and functions have calculated, and the network is considered based on the basis, without considering any of the resilience factors. The researcher executes the model for a specified time interval and a certain repetition. Then, each of the automotive resilience factors is applied in the model and implemented in different scenarios. Finally, the researcher desires to compare the results of the second model with the results of the first model, and select the best scenario for providing the most optimal model for this process. The purpose of this proposed model is to study the effective factors in the supply chain of the Saipa automotive industry in order to identify the best strategies for decision makers in this area. This study introduces the best policy making taking into account the resiliency factors for a supply chain system.
