چکیده مقاله:

شبکه های اجتماعی بالاخص شبکه های اجتماعی برخط امروزه اهمیت فراوانی یافته است. در این بین اطلاعات و افراد، نقشی اساسی در شبکه ها دارند، این افراد هستند که به تسهیم، انتقال و توزیع دانش در شبکه ها می پردازند. تاکید ما بر روی مواجهه با شبکه تعاملی دربین انجمنهای پراکنده و سپس تکیه به شبکه های فناوری اطلاعات است. یافته ها نشان می دهد که تقویت روابط تجاری نسبت بهتقویت روابط اجتماعی مشخصاً در تسهیم دانش عمومی و خصوصی موثر است. در این مقاله ما به دنبال راهکارهای تقویت سیستم های مدیریت دانش مبتنی بر وب از طریق تحلیل شبکه های اجتماعی در مقالات ارائه شده در حیطه استفاده از تحلیل شبکه اجتماعی برای بهبود ایجاد و تسهیم دانش هستیم
