چکیده مقاله:

The aim of present study is investigating executive strategies to empower the team works in guidance schools. Data was gathered through field and library study applying researcher made questionnaire containing 73 questions based on seven scales. Population includes all guidance school principals in Khodabandeh county (N=031). Sample was determined according to Morgan table (N=001) and selected by classified random method from four levels. Questionnaire reliability and validity are investigated by experts’ opinions and Chronba coefficient 19.0. Data Gathered through different statistics methods like single sample X2, Uman-Vitney and kroscal valice tests and analyzed by SPSS soft ware. Findings reveal that creating mutual confidence, reforming organizational structure, education, participative leading style, motivation creation, replacing group objectives with individual objectives and team performance evaluation, could be considered as the approaches for empowering team works in schools. Also, performance evaluation just affects on subjects’ opinions based on academic certificates, and this mentioned difference is meaningful in performance evaluation.
