Given the role that knowledge management plays in enterprise changes, there is a need to develop human resources for its implementation. This is important to the cooperative sector and hence the economic system of a country and it has led to research and studies on the relationship that exists between knowledge management and human resource performance of the agricultural cooperatives. In our study, data were collected using a reliable questionnaire that scored a Cronbach's alpha of 0.92. The questionnaire was distributed among members of the agricultural cooperatives in East Azerbaijan Province. The results of this study show that there is a significant correlation between knowledge management and human resource performance of the agricultural cooperatives in East Azerbaijan Province. Changes in the knowledge management components have clear effects on the performance of human resource knowledge. This correlation has a coefficient of 28 percent and presents the highest regression effect on the human resources variable
