چکیده مقاله:

Background and Aim: The impact of socio-economic inequality on the quality of nutrition is evident, but different factors have different roles in the level of inequality in nutritional quality in societies. The purpose of this study was to determine the most important factors affecting the quality of nutrition of people through socio-economic inequalityMethods: This study uses the recruitment Phase Cohort Ravensar information. 9986 men and women aged 35-65 years were enrolled in the study. FFQ questionnaire was used to recall one-year food and other valid questionnaires to collect other variables. To determine the amount of inequality, the concentration index was used and by decomposition analysis the contribution of each of the factors influencing inequality was identified. The nutritional quality of each person was determined based on the 2015 healthy eating index. Results: The mean age of subjects (48.1±8.28) and mean of HEI of individuals was 53.81 ± 7.37, which indicates the average quality of nutrition. 65.74 people are of medium HEI and only 0.05 have good nutrition. The most effective variable is HEI (r=0.14) for SES and education level is (r=0.124). The weak HEI is correlated with improving SES and has a direct and moderate relationship with SES (P <0.001).Conclusion: SES directly affects people s nutritional quality. Other factors affecting the nutritional quality of people after improving SES, living in the city, and the lack of smoking and marital status.
