چکیده مقاله:

Each year, many people around the world are affected by a variety of natural disasters. . More over exceeding hundred millions of dollars as well as social and economic development drawbacks have been departed. Hence, Humanitarian logistics, as a concept of disaster management is highly recommended in such conditions. In this paper, a bi–objective model, multi–product, multi–vehicle programming, under uncertainty is proposed. The objectives of proposed model are including maximization of commodity covering which transferring to affected areas and Minimization of total cost. Due to unpredictable of natural disasters and indistinctive level of disaster, some of dependent parameters such as demand of relief commodity are considered uncertain. To solving the proposed bi-objective model under uncertainty, scenario-based robust optimization method as well different fuzzy goal programming approaches have been adopted. Besides, a case study and necessary sensitivity analysis has been evaluated to prove the efficiency and applicability of the model.
