چکیده مقاله:

Since the results of the studies indicate there are barriers for knowledge management in government organizations, But attention to the three major factors: organizational structure, leadership style and human resources, have a positive impact on knowledge management effectiveness in the organization, The aim of the study was Effect of structure, leadership and human resources on knowledge management in the municipality of Tehran As a government organization, respectively. In this study, the survey of concentration, complexity and differentiation in the organizational structure, human resources activities, and organization leadership on knowledge management in terms of four creation, acquisition, maintenance transferring knowledge and application of knowledge will be discussed. The samples consisted of 300 senior managers, operational managers and experts of Tehran municipality in district 8 that for sampling in a sample of 250 people (according to the principle of sufficient samples for SEM) have been selected. The data collection tool was a questionnaire with 51 questions and for testing hypotheses, structural equation modeling software from Amos and Friedman test is used. The results showed that from the samples of this research perspective, the organizational structure had a positive effect on knowledge management, but the extent of impact has been 15 percent that is not high percentage. Leadership has no positive effect on knowledge management (the result of this research has on knowledge management and extent of this impact has been about 52 percent.
