Investigation of watercut effect on Precipitation (Wax, Asphaltene) in One of The Heavy Oil Field of Iran

asphaltene precipitation is one of the most common problems faced by the oil industry throughout the word during oil production and refinery processes . In the oil recovery , especially in gas injection , formation of asphagtene aggregation , following their deposition can result in plussing of asphagtene the formation , well bore production facilities and makes the process costly and sometimes uneconomical. unfortunately there is no predictive model for asphaltene problem treatment because the mechanisms of asphatene precipitation and deposition are still under investigation due to their complexity. the main purpose of this article was to study the behavior of heavy oil field crude oil and the effect of watercut on asphaltene precipitation.
