A feasibility study of producing NGH from raw gas

the increasing call for energy , particularly in south -east asian countries and the existence of enormous reserves of natural gas in persian gulf countries, such a iranian southern pars gas field , results in a huge demand of gas transportation , therefore low cost transportation methods of natural gas are beneficial for both gas producers and their customers.converting natural gas to natural gas hydrate NGH is one of the safest ways to store and transport natural gas . in order to redusce the production and processing costs in this research the possibility of producing NGH from raw gas and transporting it to the customers before any refining was investigated. the results showed that due to the low labor cost in south -east asian countries it is more economical to refine NGH after it is reached to the gas conumer countries instead of refining it in iran.
