چکیده مقاله:

Gastrointestinal Cancers has been considered as one of the most important malignancies in the world. Early cancer detection and monitoring of its consequences is the primary determinant which need reliable and precise profile of diagnostic and follow up markers. By discovering the role of some Micro RNA molecules (miRNAs) in the pathogenesis and process of the disorders, they now considered as relatively reliable markers and many scientific centers select the miRNAs as being a part of their investigations.Material and methodsAs a meta-Analysis by Comparing the literatures, one may notice there many different miRNAs with various expression patterns during initiation and progress of gastrointestinal cancers which constituted our approach to a set of epigenetic markers in early diagnosis and follow up of the these malignancies. In this study, biochemical availability, stability and relevance of the selected micro RNA molecules have been compared to make a relatively reliable and precise miRNA integrated proposed profile as a complementary tool for diagnosis and follow up of the disease. Results and Discussion As an integrated early diagnostic and follow up miRNA profiles, we classified different sets of these biomarkers including a set of let-7a, miR-21, miR-93, miR-192a, miR-18a, and miR-10b for gastric cancer, and miR-21, miR-375, miR-25-3p, miR-151a-3p, and miR-100-3p for esophageal cancer. The proposed profile associates with up and down plasma titer patterns in each stage of initiation and progression of gastric and esophageal cancers. These miRNA biomarkers proposed profile could be considered as relatively suitable systematic screening and monitoring profile for physicians in their clinical practice.
