چکیده مقاله:

Personalized medicine is a new branch of medical science in which, medical practices, including care, diagnosis and treatment, are performed in a unique manner for each person. In this science, focusing on genetic information of individuals, plays a very important role, so that the basis of carrying out the diagnostic measures and therapeutic plans is based on the particular genetic findings of that individual, and since access to this information requires specific ethical requirements, It is necessary that the ethical issues of this subject are also considered by the scholars of this new branch of medical science, some of these considerations are:- Acquiring informed consent from sample owners: we must obtain informed consent in such a way that the necessary information, in particular about the consequences of access to genetic information. We must mention that these information is not exclusive to the individual itself, but other family members may be involved.- Keeping the Secrets of patients and confidentiality must be considered- Gene therapy indications by considering moral issues- The rights of relatives of the patient- How to obtain genetic specimens and test costs- Ethical issues in genetic research- Ethical considerations in providing information to sample ownersIn this paper, we try to take into account the general moral considerations in this new field of medical science.
