A Model for the Relationship between Research and Technology Organizations (RTOs) and Industry Case Study: Research Institute of Petroleum Industry (RIPI)

This study aims to present an effective relationship model of Research and Technology organizations (RTOs)and Industries. In this way, an intensive literature review is conducted. Based on literature review, six maincriteria and forty sub-criteria are extracted. Fuzzy-DEMATEL is applied to analyze the casual relationshipsamong the criteria and sub-criteria in Research Institute of Petroleum Industry (RIPI) as an important RTO infield of petroleum in Iran, then the relations are weighted by ANP. The results show that Personal andOrganizational Factors are the most important criteria and influence the other criteria. Based on achievements, amodel is proposed to present an effective relationship model of RTOs-Industry.
