چکیده مقاله:

Nanoparticles of bismuth ferrite (BiFeO3) Due to their structural characteristics, the properties of multiproduct and photocatalytic properties are very important. Thus, the studies of Si nanoparticle (BiFeO3) Nano silver bismuth ferrite synthesized by Dysprosium and nickel have been synthesized using the sol-gel method, and the effects of dipole substitution and nickel dispersion on its physical properties have been investigated. By diffraction spectroscopy X and IR sensors were used to identify these materials and verify the authenticity of the synthesized specimens. In the next step, the catalytic performance of nanoparticles of bismuth ferrite doped to dysprosium and nickel for catalytic removal of methyl orange color, which is one of the most important pollutants in industrial wastewaters, was investigated by UV-Vis spectroscopy and the results indicated the efficiency High nanoparticles were synthesized in the removal of methyl orange color. The effect of pH parameters, irradiation time, color concentration, and percentage of nanoparticles were optimized. Then, we investigated the photocatalytic properties of the bismuth ferrite ironized with Dysprosium with different composition percentages. Bi0.94Dy0.06Fe1-xO3(X = 0 / 00, 0 / 02, 0 / 04, 0 / 06) Based on the results obtained, the percentage of succession Dysprosium (X = 0.02) shows the most photocatalytic property. Subsequently, the nickel substitution was carried out by the bismuth ferrite. Bi0.98Dy0.02Fe1-yNiO3(y = 0.01, 0.03, 0.05) the results indicate with the addition of nickel, the photocatalytic activity of the synthesized nano-particle increases
