چکیده مقاله:
Cross cultural management shows that management is culture specifec,however as intervationlisation and gliobalisation extends throughout the world,a number of management competencies are universal . This paper examines management in iran from the view point of a couvtry in transiition and its croo cultural factors and them discusses management competencies seen universally as well as locally in iran .Results from the largest scale develiopment center for over 600 middle any top managers are used as data on management compelencies in iran the paper comcludes by addressing implications on management and how management competencies need to be developed in Iran.
