In this paper, the temperature fields of composites ceramic pad modified with Nanotube carbon were investigated in simulations of real conditions for train brake pad. Temperature fields were simulated by using finite element method (FEM) of ABAQUS Software. Mechanical specifications of Nano-composites which is reinforced with directional distribution Nanotubes obtain from Hashin and Shtericman pattern. The simulation results compared with experimental results in order to determine the effect of the matrix structure, which will be helpful in designing a braking systems. Results confirm the fact that Nano-composite pad in the train brake have lower maximum temperatures than other pads.
