A short review on blood cells separation and sorting methods

Separation and sorting of cells, are necessary steps in cellbiological researches, stem cells, cancer detection,immunology, health of the fetus, and a large number ofdiagnoses and therapies. The rapid growth of the field ofcell therapy requires a simple and effective method of cellseparation, which can enhance the cell sorting processcomposed of complex samples. Also, the separationmethods can be improved to increase the efficiency andreduce costs at the same time. Since throughput of particleseparation is important and effective in improvingperformance of separation device, in this article, we seekthe most appropriate method for manipulating biologicalparticles.
