چکیده مقاله:

Microfluidic can facilitate synthesize of nanoparticles whichhave countless applications in the drug delivery and diseasedetection. The size of particles have a direct relation to theamount of drugs that delivers on each organ. In order tocontrol size of the particles, one fascinating way is using aT-junction microfluidic microchip. There are two distinctinlets in a T-junction microchip that one of them is relatedto the core flow and another one is related to the shear flow.By using a polymer as a core flow and a proper cross-linker,a size-controlled nanoparticle can be achieved. Thediameter of the nanoparticle depends on the relative velocityof the core flow to the shear flow. Due to the fact that drugdelivery depends on the diameter of the nanoparticles,different relative velocity has investigated to show theproper one for the synthesis.
