Recently the technology development and increasing amounts of investment in renewables has led to a growing interest towards design and optimization of green energy systems. In this context, advanced Computational Intelligence (CI) techniques can beapplied by engineers to several technical problems in order to find out the best structure and to improve efficiency in energy recovery. The growing need of communities for energy and the limited fossil fuel energy has opened up the way for energy productionand recycling in new methods. accordingly, the planer electricity speed bump with equal force divider system produces electric energy in addition to vehicle s speed deceleration. Speed bumps are used for speed reduction. To cross the speed bumps, the driver should reduce the vehicle’s speed. The mechanism is designed to reduce vehicle speed and generate electricity, and no longer needs to be slowed down by the driver. In previous studies, the speed controllers produced electrical energy but did not reduce vehicle speed which questions themain functionality of speed bumps.Even though speedbump with capability of generating electricity is a giant leap toward the development of clean energy producers, there have been scientific and safety problems too. This type of new speedbump is designedand manufactured somehow solves the previous speedbump faults and paves the way for mass production; Because its different function enables it to become more practical in places like road police stations or other compulsory stopping places.
