چکیده مقاله:

Silicon carbide (SiC) with high melting point, high hardness, excellent thermal shock resistance, low thermal expansion, high thermal conductivity, and high elastic modulus is a suitable reinforcement for high temperature applications. Problem of industrial application of SiC is poorly wettablility by molten metals in production of composite nanomaterials. Electroless plating and coating the surface of SiC particles is a simple, cheap and efficient method among several methods that used to solve this problem. So in this study, we have been tried to investigate the properties of SiC nanoparticles by nickel electroless plating method.
