Characterization and Development of technical knowledge in producing polyurethane 5073A resin

The aim of this paper is analysis of polyurethane 5073A structure at first step and then development of technical knowledge to produce this resin. The analysis of resin was performed with various chemical and physical methods such as solubility, burning the resin, NMR, FTIR and gravimetric analysis the result shows that this PU resin is aliphatic and polyether polyol used for prepolymer synthesis. Also IPDI used as none-aromatic diisocyanate. After characterization, Efforts will be made to synthesize resins
