چکیده مقاله:
High efficient delivering of diagnostic and therapeutic agents to the site of action has been an important subject in biomedical and in recent years biocompatible polymeric particles have been used as an intermediate for this aim. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is one of the most wildly used techniques for disease diagnosis and to have more precise results a variety of materials such as iron oxides- specially magnetite nanoparticles (NPs)- has been used as contrast enhancement agent of images. Results of TEM images of electrosprayed particles showed that synthesized oleic acid (OA) capped iron oxide NPs were well dispersed in the matrix of PLGA fine particles. Based in SEM images by increase of magnetite concentration in the primary solution the morphology of particles changed from spherical to heterogeneous ones. Moreover, Based on EDAX results by increase of magnetite concentration the size of produced fine particles were reduced
