چکیده مقاله:

New researches in the field of food packaging have been done on quality and safety of the final food products. From the aspect of food safety, there are many studies to detective harmful migrated compounds from food packaging into food content. Bisphenol compounds that are mostly used in the can lacquer and baby bottle are dangerous too. Despite of high physical barrier of bisohenols, they contaminate foods and threaten human health through endocrine disruptive, obesity, cardiovascular disease, asthma and carcinogenic effects. So, many analytical methods have been developed for evaluate and measurement of these compounds. It’s really difficult, identification and analysis of bisphenols because of its polarity and low concentration. Therefore, various instruments with diverse extraction methods were used in order to get more accurate response. Gas chromatography, high performance liquid chromatography and capillary electrophoresis are the most important instruments of analytical method. Solid-phase extraction, liquid-liquid extraction, solvent extraction, dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction, ultrasonic assisted extraction, microwave assisted extraction and combination of these extraction methods were applied as sample preparation step. In this review paper, results of different mention methods were surveyed and compared with together
