چکیده مقاله:
The bioavailability and stability of a drug can be affected by materials used for extraction ofdrug in pharmaceutical process [1]. Choline carboxylic acids are new type of salts which haveunique properties such as high thermal stability, very small vapor pressure and have been used asgreen and biocompatible salts for many industrial applications [1]. The investigation of vaporliquidequilibrium properties play an important role to describe intermolecular interactions in theelectrolyte solutions [2]. In this study, water activity and vapor pressure for ternary ([Ch][bi] +diphenhydramine + water) systems have been determined by the isopiestic method. Interactionsbetween diphenhydramine and cholinium bi-tartrate in aqueous solutions at T = 298.15 K havebeen investigated by the help of vapor-liquid equilibrium data.
