چکیده مقاله:
Today, in the medical industry, data collection on various diseases is of great importance and medical centers are collecting data about patients for different reasons. Analyzing the information and obtaining useful results and patterns in relation to the diseases is one of the most important reasons to collect the data. In contrast, the large amount of the information and its ambiguity prevents reaching significant results. To overcome this problem and to obtain the effective characteristics for predicting diseases, data analysis can be used. One of the most common causes of death in the world is cancer. Various centers such as hospitals, laboratories, medical care centers and other organizations collect information of cancer patients. This information can be used to detect and anticipate cancer. From a data mining perspective, predictive diagnosis is considered as one of the data classification problem. In the medical data mining, and especially in the diagnosis of diseases, the use of classification algorithms with the highest degree of reliance and accuracy has always been considered. In this article, we will review some of the data mining algorithms for diagnosis of cancer.
